Some More Excel Charts

I though these were some interesting charts.


This chart shows the marathon times and average weekly training mileage (for the 16 weeks before the taper) plotted together. I think I see the biggest returns when I go over 60 miles per week.




This one shows the Purdy Points for my races broken out by race distance. I sure do like that 30K!
