I’m a little disappointed I skipped Saturday morning’s race, but I needed the sleep. I also had to miss Wednesday evening's LP run; no Ironfoot Award this Spring. Next up is the Freeport 5K on the 26th.

Friday morning was pretty nasty: overcast warm and HUMID, but the cold front came through as advertised and we had another gorgeous weekend. I actually ran with the long sleeved shirt from the USA 10-miler this morning!
